    Donald "Donny" Grenier is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in diverse mental health settings. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Castleton University and a Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner concentration from Norwich University. Donny has extensive experience working with ketamine and has done training with the Polaris Insight Center. Donny promotes holistic wellness and recovery through a person-centered approach grounded in the recovery model, emphasizing strengths, resilience, and personal growth. His clinical expertise includes therapeutic community models, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and complex psychopharmacology.

  • Lauren Bierman, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, AGNP-C

    Lauren is double-board certified as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and adult-geriatric primary care nurse practitioner. She is the Founder of Long Trail Psychiatry and Green Mountain Shakti, a certified holistic yoga instructor, and is currently studying to become an Ayuredic Practitioner. With over 14 years of experience in nursing care, Lauren specializes in working with people recovering from trauma and she is passionate about empowering clients through education and collaborative care. She believes in the importance of integrating mental health care with overall well-being, ensuring that each person receives comprehensive and compassionate support. She has a passion for working with psychedelic medicine after seeing the effects that ketamine has had on her own mental health, and she is completing her ketamine training with the Polaris Insight Center.

    Stephanie Bless is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for integrative mental health care. With over 12 years of experience in nursing, Stephanie specializes in psychiatric nursing and has extended her expertise into the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy. Stephanie received advanced nursing degrees from University of Vermont and Johns Hopkins University. Stephanie participated in the Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Training Cohort at Polaris Insight Center. Stephanie aims to provide a supportive relationship and a safe environment in which insight and healing can occur. She has a passion for supporting individuals in awakening their inner healer and strengthening their relationship with self, community, and the natural environment. Stephanie combines her clinical knowledge with a compassionate approach to help guide individuals through transformative healing experiences. Her approach emphasizes safety, therapeutic support, and the profound potential of ketamine to promote healing and mental well-being.
